scribbles and such

Well I took a hiatus from fanfic for a while.  But April was somehow inspirational.  Though really I had no time to be writing.  And I only wrote for the first half of the month because after that I wasnt even sleeping, so writing was hardly on the agenda.  But anyhow here's what April and wellymuck brought with it.  I quite like most of it. 

1.   Echoes 
This is pretty achy.  Its set right after the first war.  

2.  Beginnings
I dont write smutty fic very often, or easily.  But this one just kind of happened.  I imagine its set shortly after Hogwarts.  Its short, and really has no plot, but I think its kind of pretty.  PG-13

3. Spring magic
Another short one.  This one is set during 7th year.  It was in response to this instrumental song prompt, and so its kind of more of a "mood piece."  

4. Moving-in celebrations
Oh my gosh!  This is my first proper sex scene.  Its kinda cute and about ducks and pirates and set shortly after Hogwarts.  R 

5. Unraveling
Ok back to the angst.  I cant stay away from it for too long.  This is Sirius pov, set toward the end of the war.  PG-13

6. Music and memories
I was inspired to write this by this fantastic band that played at the student run coffee shop on my campus.  I thought it turned out rather nicely.  It has tension and music and some tumbling on the floor.  Its a bit achy at the end.  Takes place post-Hogwarts and post-OotP.  PG-13

Oh and then scarvesnhats happened.  It was a lovely time.  I was in a writing mood in October.

1.  Apples - the memories of autumn 
This one is about Remus.  Post PoA.  Its a bunch of his memories.  Some of them happy, some sad.        

2. Cold good mornings
This one is rather fluffy.  Its set during 7th year.  Its Remus and Sirius on a cold morning, it has some cutesy 17 year old kissing.

3.  Ice - clinging 
Bring on the angst!  This is set during the war.  When Remus and Sirius are starting to fall apart. 

4. Autumn sunlight - unapologies
More angst.  But maybe happier.  Its sort of a continuation of the previous fic, but only loosely so.  This one has some sex.  PG-13    

5. Treehouse fortresses
Set right after Hogwarts.  Very short.  Its all about the feeling of being young and in love.   
  
6. Held together
Very angsty.  More Remus and Sirius falling apart, but still holding on.  PG-13

7. Change
This is the last thing I wrote in October.  It was writen in parts.  Its about Remus coming to grips with his sexuality, or well maybe not so much coming to grips as realizing what his sexuality is.  He's confused and a bit lost.   

This is the first fanfic I ever wrote for Harry Potter.  Well my first fanfic since that one Star Wars fan novel I tried to co-write in the 8th grade...ah yes good times.  So really for all intensive purposes this is the first fanfic that I ever wrote.    

It was written for dogdaysofsummer for their ring of brodgar prompt.
